NEWS and F-A-Q's

Welcome to what’s happening in Merlville!

VOLUME 16 AVAILABLE NOW!

WHY WE SKIPPED VOLUME 7 AND 13

"13" just gives us the willies. 'Nuff said.

As to 7, we always planned Volume 7 as a contest book and we still want to do that. The goal of the contest has always been to raise money to help the families and caregivers of Alzheimer's patients, but our main hurdle had been finding an individual or company to donate the prize money. In September 2011, however, we did partner with the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America to put on the first National Brain Game Challenge, a national contest with a $5,000 first prize. (It had nothing to do with Volume 7, however.) The next National Brain Game Challenge is planned for September 2012.

As to Volume 7, it remains a dream, but an active one!
